Colin Ambler

CEO

A graduate of the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, Colin discovered passion for building products at age 20, founding a youth sports tournament business. Leveraging his experience as an NCAA Scholar All-American and two-time lacrosse team captain at Drexel University, he developed technology solutions for tournament leaderboard tracking, team organization, training and staffing logistics, and payment processing. With a strong foundation in both leadership and tech-driven innovation, Colin is passionate about building systems that drive team performance and streamline operations.

Sharon Bleiler

Clinical Director

Temple Dental School graduate with over 20 years of dental experience, founded Noble Dentistry from scratch in 2016. Through her vision and leadership, she grew the practice into a thriving operation, now encompassing six associate doctors and a team of over 50 full-time and part-time staff members. Sharon’s ability to build a practice from the ground up, while ensuring the highest standards of care and operational efficiency, highlights her expertise in dental practice management, team leadership, and sustainable growth.
